Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: May 22, 2026
WP Theme Checker is operated by Scepter Marketing. The tool is free to use and supported by affiliate commissions from product recommendations.
What this means
When you click certain links on this site — particularly buttons labeled Get, Visit, or Upgrade to next to detected themes, plugins, and hosting providers — we may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.
Which links are affiliate links
Every affiliate link on this site is marked with rel="sponsored" in the HTML and routed through our /go/[partner] tracking redirect. This is both an FTC disclosure requirement and an industry-standard signal to search engines.
Programs we participate in (or are pursuing)
- WordPress hosting: Kinsta, Cloudways, WP Engine, SiteGround, Hostinger, Bluehost, DreamHost, Pressable, Flywheel
- Page builders + addons: Elementor Pro, Bricks Builder, Beaver Builder, Brizy, ElementsKit, Essential Addons, Premium Addons, Royal Elementor Addons
- Themes: Astra Pro, GeneratePress Premium, Kadence, Divi (Elegant Themes), Genesis (StudioPress)
- SEO + forms + optimization: Yoast Premium, Rank Math Pro, AIOSEO Pro, WPForms, Gravity Forms, WP Rocket
- Marketplaces: ThemeForest / Envato
How we choose what to recommend
Our detection report lists the theme, plugins, and hosting your site actually uses. The affiliate links shown are mapped to the specific products we detected — if you're on Elementor we link to Elementor; if you're on Astra we link to Astra. We do not recommend products we did not detect, and the underlying detection logic is not influenced by which partners we have affiliate relationships with.
The rebuild service
The "Get my rebuild quote" CTA goes to Scepter Marketing — our own WordPress rebuild service. That's not an affiliate relationship; it's a direct service offer.
